This past summer we had a huge project ahead of us. Two big weddings in one day! Both weddings had 2 venues that included a transfer across town. And we decided to film it! Lucky for us, both brides had a similar classic, elegant vibe going with their white and blush florals. With the help of local film maker Andrew Crandell, the video below captures a day in the life of the florists at Garden Party Flowers making all things pretty for both the bride’s and groom’s special day.

For Cecila’s bridal bouquet, we went with a timeless round shape, full of blush and ivory roses. We accented with some dainty wax flower and lisianthus blooms to create the perfect picturesque bridal bouquet.

We designed on our birch archway with flowing blush fabric. With an array of blush roses, the ever popular quicksand rose, ivory garden roses, white dahlias, lisianthus and all the natural eucalyptus greenery, the effect was full of romance at Cecil Green that day.

Instead of traditional pew markers, we created these floral puffs of blooms to line the pews. They later doubled as table centrepieces for the reception.

For the reception, we created a “floating” floral piece to hang behind the head table to add that extra romance over the wedding party and newlyweds.
